Worst bank ever, can't place a call to them. They won't update my account information. Online login is impossible. Might as well burn your money instead of giving it to these people. Terrible. What do you even do?
Been with this branch and pretty much the same people since they were FLEET, B.O.A, and FNB! They are very friendly and have always been helpful. years ago when I needed to use their currency exchange service, Sandeep was right on top of it - checking progress, and called me as soon as the package arrived as he was aware that it was time critical for my flight plans. I noticed the one negative rating, so I felt obligated to give my review os very positive experiences at this location! In fact, I called today, phone was answered on the second ring by Angel, and I received a quick answer to my request. So, judge for yourself - try them out.
