Dan and Team have very accomedating my pass 5 years of doing business with Hertz all while displaying great customer service.
This place told me that my rate for the week was 159 with a deposit. We drive to Hertz to pick up the rental and our rate went from 159 to 375. My husband called the 1 800 number as we left the parking lot and his rate was 324 I called within 5 minutes of him calling and my rate was 380. This is all just for the week plus the deposit. Apperently you can use a debit card over the phone but you need a credit check. WHY?!? I got told they do not accept debit cards only credit cards. They lied to us, and kept changing their rates. Horrible customer service.
When they don't take debit cards. Really I don't have a credit card for a reason. Don't want more debt. That's why I haven't had a credit card since the early 90s. Get with it. Why does the website allow you to make reservations for a vehicle then. You suck. If I could give no stars I would. Would not recommend this company for anything. Going to avis they are better and cheaper then you.
