While they had what I needed it took 20 mins to get a sales associate to help me. Then it took 15 mins in customer pickup and three phone calls for them to find my piece of furniture I paid for.

Bought a recliner off Steve K in the furniture dept, he was extremely polite and helpful. He had answers to all our questions and wasn't intrusive like other stores salesman can be. I highly recommend buying your furniture off a great company like Boscovs. They have a decent selection at very competitive prices and reasonable shipping schedules or the option to pick it up at their warehouse.
