09/02/15 very unhappy with women working at the Pottstown store-so rude and unattentive!Was picking up weddig rings and a Citizen watch. I had to ask for a bag for the 3 rings -was given a small Ziplock!My engraved Citizen watch was given with no box,bag or directions!No conversation was made even as small talk. I spent $ 1400 or so-my engraving on the watch back appears crooked due to the back being put on crookrd.I didnt notice the crooked engraving until we left the store-since I was feeling so uncomfortable in the store with the service!Joe was the person who sold me the merchandise-but the women today were rude!I will never return to that store.
I've gone in here many times whether it was for jewelry inspection or to have my ring sent out to be fixed/resized. Everyone there is always so friendly and so helpful. Makes having to go there every 6 months so much better! Thanks for being so great! :)
