Love the dress shoes I got. The service was pleasant.
I was just here today and two of the employees made some ignorant comments about me and my family. My cousin got a pair of boots and the trainee was offering us some soles and shoe cleaning wipes. We said, "no thank you, we already have them at home." The 2 employees laughed and said to each other that we were just making it up. Why would you employee people like that??? I would never shop here ever again.
People who work here are so rude and make customers stand outside for 1 hour for mobbing and cleaning.
